Services for Irma C. Reynolds are Saturday

Funeral services for Irma Cooper Reynolds, 97, of Cairo, GA, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 14, 2014, at Family Worship Center, Cairo, GA. Pastor Johnny Moore will officiate. Services will conclude at the church. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Reynolds passed away at Grady General Hospital, Cairo, GA, on Wednesday, June 11, 2014.
Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons and great grandsons.
Mrs. Reynolds was born on December 20, 1916, in Grady County, to the late Mahlon P. Cooper and Mila Brooks Cooper. She was employed with W. B. Roddenbery Company for 33 years until her retirement in 1982. She was a member of Family Worship Center. Mrs. Reynolds was a loving grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include: daughters, Faye R. Miller (Jimmy) of Cairo, GA, Linda R. Rice (Clint) of Loganville, GA; sisters, Kathryn Conley of Arcadia, CA, Clara Nell Howell of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Tim Whitfield (Sherry), Karen Sykes, Chris Rice (Ginger), Craig Rice, Leslie Swords, Jenni Broome (Dan), Keith Miller (Lori); great-grandchildren, Angela Kennedy (Sean), Alyson Sykes, Stephen Sykes, Christopher Rice, Cole Rice, Payten Rice, Megan Rice, Chelsea Swords, Tyler Swords, Daniel Broome (Destiny), Julia Broome, Elisabeth Broome, Peyton Miller, Brian Miller, Brighton Miller, Braden Moore, Sarah Moore, Anna Moore, Adam Maxam, and Walter Maxam.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, a daughter, Monya W. Parrish; sisters, Alma Reynolds, Thelma Parks, Margie Clayton; brothers, B. E. Cooper, Merle Cooper, Felton Cooper, and Charles Cooper.
