Services for Pauline Collis are Monday

Services for Pauline Walden Collis, 84, of Cairo, GA, will be held at 2:00 p.m.,
on Monday, November 28, 2011, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Harrell officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Collis passed away on Monday, November 21, 2011, at Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA.
Active pallbearers will be Richard Tinker, Timmy Stevens, Steven Robertson, Al Lewis, Jared Moore, Michael Baggett, Ray Castillio and Terry Mash.
Mrs. Collis was born in Lake Worth, FL, on May 14, 1927, to the late William Robert and Carrie Mae Bell Walden. She was married to Elmer M. Collis, who preceded her in death on September 2, 1997. She was a former employee of W. B. Roddenbery Company and a member of Midway Baptist Church.
Survivors include: sons and daughter-in-law, Floyd and Celia Collis of England, Tommy Jack Collis of Cairo, GA; daughters, Paulette Miller of Cairo, GA, Sandra Collis of Cairo, GA; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Collis was preceded in death by her parents, husband; sons, Shorty Collis and Phil Collis; brothers, Paul, Robert, Luther, Nathan and Jerry Walden; sister, Aline Walden.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 27, 2011, from 4 until 6:00 p.m.
