Funeral services for Mildred H. Dollar are Saturday

Services for Mildred Hall Dollar, 64, of Cairo, GA, will be held at  10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 10, 2010, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA, with interment following in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Robert Crapps will officiate.  Mrs. Dollar passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center in Moultrie, GA.
Active pallbearers will be Larry Whiddon, Mike Gainous, Sput Fountain, Phillip Hall, Nathan Harper and Larry Hall.

Mrs. Dollar was born June 5, 1946 in Climax, GA, to the late John Harvey and Lillie Mae Lynn Hall.  On June 15, 1963, she married Jimmy Edward Dollar, who survives.  She was a home maker and a member of Gordon Heights Baptist Church, Cairo, GA.

Survivors include:  husband, Jimmy Edward Dollar, Cairo, GA; son, Terence Dewayne Dollar, Nottingham, England; daughter, Deana Renee Dollar, Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Joseph Dollar-Walters, Anna Mia Dollar-Walters, Georgia Dollar-Walters and Samuel Dollar-Walters, all of Nottingham, England, and Bobby Nathanial Harper, Thomasville, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul Hubert and Deborah Hall, Summerville, S.C., Willard Randall and Nell Hall, Cairo/Whigham, GA, Tommy Sherwood and Pearl Hall, Cairo, GA;  sisters, Kathlean Hall Strickland, Valdosta, GA, and Mary Agnes Hall Fountain, Climax, GA;  brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Roger Dollar, Ronnie and Sue Dollar,  Louise Dollar Dinkins and Juanita Dollar, all of Cairo, GA; a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dollar was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Hall, Willie Hall and Raymond Hall; sisters, Vera Nell Hall Leonard, Mabel Hall Spooner and Helen Hall Roland.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 9, 2010, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
