Sunday services planned for Rodrick K. Daughtry

Rodrick Kenneth Daughtry died on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at the home of his son in Thomasville, Georgia.
Funeral services for Mr. Daughtry will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2009, 2:30 p.m. at Reno Baptist Church in Grady County.  Rev. Roger Brinkley will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Providence Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 until the funeral hour.  
Kenneth was born in Grady County, Nov. 19, 1940, to Arnold and Lizzie Lowe Daughtry who preceded him in death.  He was a carpenter and a member of Reno Baptist Church.   
Survivors are his sons and daughters-in-laws; Steven Wade and Phyllis Daughtry of Marietta, Ga., Jonny and Sherri Daughtry of Thomasville, Ga.; sister; Jeri Murray of Huntsville, Al.; grandchildren, Torrey Wade Daughtry, Ashley Megan Daughtry, both of Tallahassee, Fl., Blade Daughtry, Taylor Titus, Tyler Titus, all of Thomasville, Ga., and Erica Lynn  Cooper of Calvary, Ga.; a great-grandson, Matthew Xavier Collins of Calvary, Ga.  
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Hinton Daughtry and a daughter, Sonya Renee Daughtry.
