PASCAL REDDICK is charged with murder in the weekend death of Antavius Robinson in Grady County.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting an autopsy on the body of a 39-year-old man shot to death during a domestic dispute over the weekend.
Antavius Robinson was killed at a residence in the 800 block of Pierce Chapel Road sometime during the early morning hours Saturday.
The Grady County Sheriff’s Office asked the G.B.I. to assist in Robinson’s death investigation at 3:53 a.m. Saturday.
Preliminary investigation indicated that Robinson had traveled to the Pierce Chapel Road “residence where he attempted to contact his spouse,” according to information from the G.B.I. “A domestic dispute took place in which Robinson was subsequently shot with a firearm and died at the scene.”
At 6 a.m. Saturday, Pascal Reddick, 37, was arrested and charged with murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Reddick was booked into the Grady County Detention Center.
The G.B.I. Crime Lab is conducting an autopsy of Robinson today, Wednesday, Nov. 18.
The case is active and ongoing, and anyone with information is asked and encouraged to call the G.B.I. at (229) 225-4090 or Grady County Sheriff’s Office at (229) 377-5200.
