We are heartbroken. Dr. Dekle was a wonderful and caring man. The last patient he saw was Paula. And this tragedy occurred near our home. We loved Dr. Dekle and no words are sufficient to express our sorrow.

My prayers for his family, staff and all his patients including myself. My brother had a massive heart attack in 1985 and Dr Dekle would not leave him all night until he was stable enough to transfer to Tallahassee the following day. I could name so many other similar cases.

My prayers for Dr. Dekle’s family, staff and the many patients he has helped through the years. He was one of the most knowledgeable and good hearted physicians I have ever known. I credit him for saving my eldest son’s life when my son was only seven years old. Both of my sons and I are so sad at this tragic news. He will be missed.

Dr. Dekel, was an excellent doctor he saved my life he find out what was wrong with me after seeing several doctors not one of them taking our time to order endoscopy test on me regarding my symptoms I was having. I left them came to see Dr. Dekel he immediately did the endoscopy test on me after I explained my symptoms to him find out there was no bacterial infection in my stomach he kept saying it’s my gallbladder he sent me have an Ultrasound of my gallbladder did find out it was working on 3 percent I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for him take time out to listen to me he knew all the while it was my gallbladder. He was smart, friendly, it didn’t matter to who you was or where you came from he treated everybody the same that’s him Cairo going suffer s great loss this man was the only doctor who seem so many patients. My heart goes out to his family and staffs. I’m really going miss him dearly I still can’t believe it he’s gone. 🙏🙏

No words can express the heartfelt sympathy he was truly a wonderful man. NO matter what the past may have been it not how you start but rather how you end. I know how much he has done for me. Thanks Doc. As I always called him, and not that it matters I am afro American and I have heard many testimonials from others afro Americans concerning how much he has done for them as well. If you only knew. Your job here on earth was done Doc. I wonder what you are doing in Heaven. RIP. We will miss you!
