Free lake access permits now available for local residents

With the big opening of Tired Creek Lake on Friday, May 25, just in time for the Memorial Day weekend, local residents are being encouraged to pick up the 2018 access pass.
Based on a recommendation of the Grady County Lake Authority, the admission for local taxpayers is free.
Non-residents will be required to purchase $3 per day passes.
The 2018 permits for residents are now available from the Grady County commission office on the first floor of the courthouse.
The permits may be picked up between the hours of  8 a.m. – noon and 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
