Library to host Hispanic Heritage Day on Oct. 10

Roddenbery Memorial Library will host a Hispanic Heritage Day on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The event will feature resources and refreshments in celebration of the Hispanic culture. The library hopes to encourage Spanish speaking members of the community to see what resources the library has to offer.
“Many people in the community have never been to a library and don’t know that they can get a library card for free,” said Consuelo Arellano-Sanchez, library staff member. All members of the community are encouraged to attend.
