Drew now CEO of AgGeorgia Farm Credit

Jack C. Drew, Jr.
He was elected by the AgGeorgia Board of Directors following the recent retirement of William H. Newberry Jr.
Drew has been with AgGeorgia for 28 years. He began his career with Farm Credit in 1981 and served in various credit and management positions during his tenure. In 2005, he was named chief operating officer for the financial cooperative and supervised lending and operations.
Drew earned his bachelor of science in agricultural economics at the University of Georgia. He completed part of his undergraduate work at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton and is a 1993 graduate of The Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
Drew and his wife, Lana, a Tift County High School counselor, are the parents of Sam Drew, a senior at the University of Georgia and Will, a junior at Tift County High School.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack C. Drew Sr. of Grady County.
AgGeorgia Farm Credit, an agricultural lending cooperative, owned by its member-borrowers, provides financial services, mortgages, varied term loans and products to eligible borrowers, agribusinesses and agricultural related industries.
