NATIONAL GUARD soldiers conducted testing at Magnolia Place recently.
All of the employees at Magnolia Place Senior Living in Cairo have a reason to smile after learning that none tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month.
The Georgia National Guard, which was testing employees of long term care facilities in the state, tested all 30 of Magnolia Place’s workers.
“These test results are a tribute to the commitment that our staff has to our residents,” says Brande Strickland, executive director of the assisted living facility. “The staff is not only being proactive at the facility but also at home and in the community. We are very proud of our care givers.”
