Search for Archway professional is on

The University of Georgia is advertising for a new Archway Professional to work full-time in Grady County after Latoya Cutts resigned shortly after starting here.
Originally slated to begin working in the community last month, Cutts’ start date was delayed when she was suddenly faced with a family health emergency. Cutts did begin in her position here this month, but worked only a few days before she resigned citing the ongoing challenge of her family situation.
“I am disappointed that Latoya was unable to continue with us, but am confident we will find a new candidate robust in energy and talent to keep our Archway projects on track for Cairo and Grady County and propel us to even greater successes,” said Mesha Wind, chairman of the Grady County Archway executive committee.
Meanwhile, Sharon Liggett, Grady County’s original Archway professional, continues to oversee operations here while continuing in her new position as operations coordinator based in Athens.
