Autopsy report still not available, Turner says

Autopsy results remain unreleased in the death of Izaiah Goar struck and killed by a Cairo Police officer more than two weeks ago.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is in charge of the probe, and Steven Turner, GBI Special Agent in Charge, states the case remains ongoing.
Cairo Police Lt. Investigator Johnny Myers was driving the car that struck Goar a final time while Myers and other officers attempted to bring him into custody. Another officer had struck Goar with his police car earlier at the scene. Goar was allegedly brandishing a large kitchen knife and threatening to kill people, which is why police were trying to corral him on the morning of Monday, May 13 in the 400 block of 11th Avenue NE.
When Myers drove his car into Goar, Myers was attempting to block Goar from charging at another police officer, according to Cairo Police.
