McCuller and Charlene McCuller to Century Mortgage Corporation, dated December 21, 1999, recorded in Deed Book 492, Page 352, Grady County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($ 59,200.00) with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated March 1, 2000, Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2000-1, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Grady County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January 2006 the following described property:
